EP 060 – How to max your money potential

Are you currently maxing your money potential?

You deserve to be paid as much money as you possibly can – maximum income, maximum profit.

That starts with knowing the value of what you’re offering and the return you, your clients AND your bank account get from it.

In this quick tip episode we’re flipping your funnel and making sure you’re considering the time, energy and cost of marketing each option to make sure you’re getting the maximum money potential.

I love that this content is out there waiting for anyone and everyone to discover it, either through a share from someone who already listens, or you and I have connected on social media, or you’ve done a random search and it sounds fun and interesting enough to press play.
 
If you’ve gone through the previous episodes you’ll know way back in episode 19 I talked about setting and achieving your bold money goals THIS year – rather than drifting along and hoping to hit it some day.
 
Thats always going to be one of MY goals for you and everyone else out there – I want you to maximise your money potential.
 
I’ll never stop talking about money and business and offering you opportunities to work with me on improving those.
 

I want you to let go of your fears around money, growth, being more visibility, learning, taking action, whatever it is that holds you back, so you can make all the money you want and need.

 
I did an IGNITE Your Offer workshop a while back with an absolutely amazing client, and she outright said “I’m not paying you so YOU can make money, I’m paying you so I can figure stuff out and make bucketloads of money myself!”
 
I love that! Thats exactly what I want to hear because when you’re coming to me for help, its not about me AT ALL. Its 100% about you, the results you want, the vision you have, the life you want to lead. I just happen to have the expertise to help you bring it all to life.
 
What we came up with during that workshop surprised even me! Usually the focus is one offer, we get right into the nitty gritty of it and map it out from end to end. We come up with a pay in full amount and a payment plan that meets your financial goals but doesn’t freak you out completely.
 
What we ACTUALLY came up with were 3 offers, each one building on the previous with different levels of support and implementation.
It turned out that what she thought she would charge for the highest offer was actually the price point for the lowest offer.
 
And she can now see where her years of experience in the corporate world can truly shine to help small business owners and solopreneurs.
 

That’s how we can all max our money potential – it starts with expanding your perspective on whats possible for you.

 
You might be sitting there thinking you’ve got to start out with a bunch of small offers that people buy to get a feel for you and your work, and gradually move them through your ‘stack of goodies’ to your highest priced thing.
 
Yeah, you can absolutely do that.
 
Or you can flip the script and talk about your highest value offer right from the start. The one that your clients get the most out of in terms of results, YOU get the most enjoyment out of it, and of course you get the most profit from it.
 

Talk about THAT offer everywhere all the time.

 
If people say its out of their budget, you can easily direct them to one of your lower priced courses or offers.
 
For example, you’ll hear me talk about IGNITE, my private business and money coaching program.
 
I love working 1 on 1 with clients, we both get the best results and the greatest impact working this way.
 
They love the personalised attention and detail when we’re talking exclusively about THEIR offer, THEIR expertise, THEIR niche.
 
If someone says they can’t afford it, or they need to go make some ‘right now’ money in order to pay for it, I point them to one of my money mindset courses, either Sacred Money Archetypes®, or Master Your Money Mindset.
 
Or I’ll offer them an IGNITE Your Offer workshop.
 
The workshop is a ‘lite version’ of the full program, you’ve likely heard it referred to as a VIP day where we focus on ONE specific area of your business.
 
I do it over 2 sessions on separate days simply because of time zone differences, and lets face it a full day is FULL ON!
 
Theres a lot to take in for you, and a lot for me to deliver. This introvert needs a break to recharge so I’m giving you my best, and you need a break to do some homework along the way lol!
 
If I was to solely promote one or several of those lower cost offers, I’m going to have to get REALLY good at the upsell to get people to move to the full IGNITE program, or I’m going to have to sell a LOT of those lower cost programs to a LOT of people.
 

That kind of marketing is very time and energy consuming. It can also be money consuming if you go down the road of ads, tech support and a VA.

 
Given that one of my core values is FREEDOM, putting that kind of time and energy into marketing low cost offers so I can upsell to higher ticket ones is really out of alignment for me.
 

What can you do to max your money potential?

 
Have you crunched your numbers and worked out how many clients or customers you need to reach your revenue goal?
 
How much of that revenue will end up in your personal account as take home pay and profit?
 
These are important questions to consider and calculate to see whether you’re better off financially if you flip your funnel to focus on your highest value offer instead.
 
I want you to be paid as much money as you possibly can – maximum income, maximum profit.
 
Thats my wish for everyone, whether you’re a client now, in the future, or never. I want everyone to win.
